Chinese experts believe that the Tumangan Project is a good example of mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of logistics. Nowadays FEZ Hasan-Tumangan is being formed in Russia. The largest international multi-trading Zarubino port is being built in the Far East and Russia as well. Also, one of the main contradiction in Russian-Chinese cooperation is the problem of migration policy of two countries, threat of Chinese demographic expansion, the lack of effective political and legal forms of decision of migration question and legal security mechanism.
