One of such effective tools that promote the involvement of national economies into the world economy, the recovery of foreign trade, became a special economic zone (SEZ), which allow countries to implement, first of all, regional advantages in accelerating economic growth, socio-economic development of territories. In the Astrakhan region in 2014 launched a special economic zone В«LotusВ», which aims to contribute to the strengthening of economic positions of Russia in the Caspian region.
