Particular attention is paid to the study of the concepts of «border» and «limit». Through the use of post-modern approach, the authors were able to show the relationship boundaries and transgression. The peculiarities of the concept of religious transgression. In addition, the article provides a contemporary interpretation of the concept of the frontier, which reveals it as a complex and multifaceted phenomenon, which includes a variety of aspects.
