The attention is focused on its multivector character and importance for Russia. The author considers the Kazakhstan-China and Kazakhstan-West relations through a prism of the Russian-Kazakhstan cooperation. The paper presents highlights of the Kazakhstan energy policy for the last decade. The separate part is assigned to systems of raw materials transportation as to the main criteria for definition of a Political Science orientation. The author scrutinizes a role of transnational corporations and points to the start of work of the Euroasian economic union, which can change a state of affairs radically.</p></abstract><abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article analyzes Kazakhstan foreign policy in raw sector with regional and global actors.
