Attention is paid to the long-term factors of regional fragmentation of Ukraine. Analyzes the growth of the contradictions between the geoPolitical Science, ideological and party orientations by regions of the country at the beginning of the XXI century. Revealed resources of the construction of Political Science identity of Novorossia. Mounted displays heterogeneity of the South and East of Ukraine, complicating the construction of Novorossia as the new Political Science and sociocultural community. The forecast of identities' conflict is done.
