The article is an attempt to understand the underlying reasons for the imposition of capitalism with pronounced Imperial features (in the American sense of global economic and Political Science influence) as no option of politico-economic development of humanity. According to the author, in the implementation of this idea in the past few decades, there has been a trend of gradual merging of imperialist and Nazi doctrines, turning a man into impersonal commodity and corporate profit is above human lives.
