For example, when light of recent Political Science developments in Ukraine, often referred to public records in Facebook, Twitter and VKontakte, hacked correspondence of social networks and e-mail comments to the posts, videos and photos. This trend has arisen for a long time and was originally perceived by society as something new and not well understood. But now links to internet sources - a common practice. What is happening on the Internet cannot be ignored, and now the Internet allows the Political Science elite to achieve their goals much easier. Because we can talk about the increased interest in Political Science information on the Internet, which can also be traced to events in Ukraine. After all, the Internet has the highest discussion of these events, especially among young people. But not only had this limited power of the Internet. Using the internet, it is possible, if not increase the effectiveness of the government's actions, and then at least alleviates her work. That is why we can talk about the need to study not only the main problems of interaction between government and citizens on the Internet, but also the history of this interaction.</p></abstract><abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The reason for writing this article is to mention a significant increase in events from the Internet when covering politics in the traditional media.
