The article some features of conceptual model of examination political power in the traditional and democratic society intensification problems construction is considered. Author accentuates that power dynamics directly related with dynamics of social relations. The article analyses outward and internal conditions, which determine change of social relations vector, and examines two kinds of political power intensification. On basis of outward and internal terms of state functioning analysis role of the political authority as institute effecting social processes in compliance with changing of it's terms is considered. Investigation of the action performed by the political power subjects' character, the content of the political-administrative actions, the general direction of political evangel, the form of implementation allowed to determine an important variant of political power dynamics - it's qualitative change, related with society evolution and alteration of cultural, economic and foreign politics situation.
