Coping strategies of software engineers in France and their coping strategies depending on specificity of company's management are also presented. Employee's perception of the stress is analyzing in the context of social-organizational approach. Principal stress reasons in the workplace are based on author's empirical qualitative research of IT Services and Software Engineering companies (using methods: interview, analysis of documents). We also present coping strategies of software engineers in France and their coping strategies depending on specificity of company's management. Flexibility of contemporary project management is advantageous for business but contains disadvantages for employees who can't adapt to changing conditions. Stress is determined not only by management of company but also by software engineers work specificity and labor market trends as a whole. Specific character of software engineers work conditions «labors routinization». This effect results in a loss of sense for employee's responsibilities, his degradation and reduction in the company's performance.
