However, the current Russian teaching is complex, contradictory situation that caused system-wide transformation processes of Russian society. Difficulties are largely due to demographic problems and negative trends in the transformation of the socio-professional status of school teachers. In this connection it is necessary to analyze the status of the features of modern educators.
