Necessity and possibility of the political system study through the cultural-political approach are discussed in this article. The author of the artcile also examines the approaches to the concepts of political system and political culture. It is concluded that the fundamentally new approach to the political phenomena review, proposed by G. Almond and S. Verba, can be effectively implemented to the analysis of different political systems.
