The effectiveness of this coordination depends on the extent to which effective mechanisms of communication and interaction of these stakeholders, and therefore the mechanisms of public policy in general. The paper presents the results of the research of mechanisms of public policy in Yaroslavl region in the period 2009-2013. The analysis was conducted on 13 indicators by survey of experts of the three target groups of respondents: representatives of government, business and non-profit sector.</p></abstract><abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Public policy is a sphere of the open coordination of interests of different stakeholders.
