The author analyzes modern confessional policy in these regions at three levels: mega-, macro - and micro, also reveals   the main problem points. In article it is shown that practically in all Northern Prikaspiy the main problems in the field of confessional policy arise at megalevel and are connected with transnational religious networks of various confessional orientation. In the regional plane it isn't possible to resolve them at this stage yet due to the lack of distinct both state and regional confessional policy.
