Methodical approaches which will allow to calculate an aggregate effect of influence of tourism on economy of the Astrakhan region are developed for an assessment of efficiency of such management. It should be noted that undoubted interest causes that fact that the developed methodology can be applied to any region of the Russian Federation.</p></abstract><abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In article authors on the basis of the analysis of models of public administration by tourist sector in foreign countries and estimates of problems of management at regional level draw a conclusion about model of management accepted for the Russian tourist branch at the state and regional level.
