Particular attention is given to information that has become an important element in the management of public spheres. The features of the information society in the context of globalization. The author shows that access to information can lead to the gradual destruction of totalitarianism and the creation of a new product - knowledge. It is shown that the information society, through PR and propaganda techniques imposed on the political landscape of the world. The author concludes that in postindustrial society PR-technology - a combination of virtual technologies and ways to manipulate the media. The article analyzes the propaganda techniques that are used in other types of mass communication. Noted the particular importance of virtual technology in a globalizing space communication links on the Internet.
