In this situation it can be considered the most expedient the search of uniting bases in the system of conditions and means of educational process which will promote more effective and dynamic student formation as the expert in this or that branch. The purpose of this article is proving that the most important conditions of the universal expert formation are professional balance and positive motivation.</p></abstract><abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The key role in formation of the student as the highly qualified specialist is the higher education, capable to reorient the young generation, wishing to achieve success in career, to quality of skills which is necessary for this purpose.
