The dominant factor in the socio-political processes in modern Russian history are traditional cultural attitudes. Attempts by authorities in the 1960-s of the last century, modernize the society did not have and could not succeed because of the bРµzosnovnosti of the Western influenced units and ideologems popular consciousness. Four major levels of traditional Russian mentality, utopizm, sanity, rebelliousness, strastoterpie, alternately translated into institutional forms of social organization, forming a protective belt of sustainable system and Russian engine competing in its adaptability to the civilizational challenge.
