Subject of research - the networking ecosystem of interactive public administration in modern Russia. The purpose of the study was to assess the effectiveness of interactive mechanisms network of public administration and development of their capacity within the ecosystem of public policy in modern Russia. Functional analysis of mechanisms such as e-government, e-government, e-democracy and open government have shown that the versatility of interactive mechanisms of public policy development is to create a unified ecosystem that covers all the plurality of private interests, political and cultural patterns and styles of thinking and integrate innovative knowledge actors in formulating and solving social problems. Opportunities ecosystem interactive mechanisms can provide both strategic direction of state development in a variety of network structures design and development of alternative vectors.</p></abstract><abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This paper examines the role of interactive mechanisms incorporating social networks in public administration in the development of public policy in modern Russia.
