In article regional experience of transformations of system of judicial system and legal proceedings, in connection with introduction of provisions of Judicial reform of 1864 in the territory of the Astrakhan province is investigated. The situation when as a result of information gaps in regional history and lack of complex scientific researches of change of system of judicial authorities in the region, conditions for emergence of falsifications are created is considered. As a result the author comes to conclusion that the falsifications concerning carrying out the main actions of judicial reform of Alexander II arose owing to superficial work with sources and applications of experience of reforming of system of judicial system in the all-Russian scale to the Astrakhan province, without specifics of realization of basic provisions of reform.
