The article presents the results of scientific research success of master consultants in order to ensure in terms of economics and psychology of labor competitive advantage service systems automotive companies on the Russian market by the example of technical centers automobile companies of Tver, a list of diagnostics instruments, and describes the results of the correlation regression analysis of the empirical data, the mathematical model of assessment and prediction of success of professional consultants masters.
