The most popular way to get to known «alien» culture is programmes of cultural exchange. The participation in these programmes, especially in Au-Pair programme, helps to change «alien» to «other» through the integration into «alien» environment and culture as well as continuous intercommunication between the participants of programmes and representatives of «alien» culture.</p></abstract><abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The globalization provides young people with great opportunities for communication with the representatives of different cultures and extansion of understanding area of complexity and richness of environment.
