Peculiarities of international experience of attraction of investments in the sphere of housing construction are relatively balanced investment demand, on the one hand, and the proposals of the construction companies to meet this demand, on the other. Considering the world experience of providing the population with housing, it is necessary to have in mind that the practical development and organization of mortgage lending in a country is strongly influenced by a number of factors, which can be divided into political, economic and legal.</p></abstract><abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article addresses issues involving the study of foreign experience in investment in housing construction.
