In given article the author considers political extremism and terrorism as specific forms of display of political process. The considerable attention is given to terrorism as to the extreme form of display of extremism in political process. According to the author's opinion, radical struggle against terrorism is inseparable from struggle against the reasons generating it both in internal and in world policy.
