In article a number of the reasons and possible consequences of display of the international terrorism are analysed. According to the author's opinion, the modern terrorism is capable to cause system crisis of all world community. This circumstance demands acceptance of adequate reciprocal efforts not only from outside Russia and the USA, but also from outside all countries of world system.
