In the article the demographic situation in the Russian Federation, the situation with demographic problems in the South Federal District, according with demographic and political specific of the region are described. We try to analyse positions of different Russian political parties such as Edinaya Russia, KPRF, LDPR, Spravedlivaya Russia, SPS according to their political programs to the modem demographic situation in Russia, their attitude to these problems and their views how to solve these problems.
