In this article the author tries to view actual for the Russian Federation problems of state ideology making. He analyses a few peculiarities which determine specific character of this process: political, normative, historical etc. Comprehension of political and business decision-making peculiarities makes him conclude that modern the Russian Federation ideology has to be based on the principles of project and branch approaches, which can help it to be more dynamic and understandable to the society.
