The article discusses in details an idea of attitude in the humanities. The significant volume of the philosophical, sociological, psychological and pedagogical literature is analyzed. The special attention is given to the analysis of the motivate-valuable attitude of a person to activity. The concept «attitude» of the humanities is offered to use from the point of view of unity of a quality standard and an action realizing it.
