Caspian region, possessing sufficiently wide variety and potential of natural resources, has favorable prerequisites for the development of economy. The presence of the oil stockpiles and gas, recreational and fish resources causes the need of developing the programs for the coexistence of diverse productions. The concordance of the development of such programs will contribute to the development of the intergovermental collaboration of the countries of the Caspian region.
