In the article the interest of Iran in the adjusting of mutually beneficial interrelations with the countries of the Central-Asian region OF THE CIS in the light of the concept of steady development is shown. The strategy of this concept in the region is represented. The author pays attention to the presence of interests in central Asia not only of Russia, but also of USA. Important agreements, accepted by the efforts of the participants of members of EKS, within the framework of this organization are presented.
