According to his opinion, the propagation by the United States of law about the lend-lease in Iran, became the decisive factor, which made &amp;quot;Persian corridor&amp;quot; by the second in a quantity of transported loads route. Allies performed freight handling in close cooperation with the Iranian civil and military specialists.
